Returns

If you are dissatisfied with any product, please E-mail our Customer Service Department at info@revita-antiaging.com, or you may call us at: 1-720-277-6060.

All products in original packaging can be returned, within 30 days from purchase, for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and insurance charges. Products must be shipped back to Revita Health Corp. at the customers' expense. No collect shipments will be accepted. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. We cannot grant refund to items, which get damaged or lost.

Customers who pay by credit card must agree not to cancel any credit card orders by refusing payment to the credit card company. The customer commits to return the unwanted product to Revita for a credit.

Ordering Information

All Orders must be paid in US$ funds, either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or by check (US or Canadian banks only) or money orders. All payments are to be made to: Revita Health Corp.

International Orders by Phone

First time orders by phone from anywhere in the world (excluding USA and Canada), are entitled to a $5.00 US discount to cover long distance charges.
